Patrick Moran, Esq. is an experienced criminal, civil and municipal attorney who assists
clients in all aspects of marijuana and medical marijuana business.
As a former prosecutor and city attorney, he has expertise in the regulatory
functions of government and the inner-workings of various local, state
and federal agencies. He also has substantial experience in defending
those accused of violations of marijuana and medical marijuana laws.
Mr. Moran has been practicing law for over 16 years. He served as an appointed
Judge for the Pima County Justice Court in Tucson, AZ and still serves
as a pro tem judge. In addition, he was selected to mentor new attorneys
in Pima County.
Mr. Moran is a native of Tucson and received an Economic degree from the
University of Arizona. He graduated from the University of Wyoming College
of Law, where he obtained his juris doctor degree. He is an avid mountain
biker, soccer and softball player, golfer and volunteers as a coach and
referee for the local AYSO soccer organization.
