Mark B. BullmanAttorney

Mark B. Bullman attended the University of Georgia where he received both his undergraduate and law school degrees. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with highest honors. He has been a practicing trial attorney for the past twenty-four years in state and federal courts and is a member of the bar of the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the District of Colorado, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of both the Georgia and Colorado Bars.

His law practice specializes in wildlife, representation of business owners in areas of contract law, business dissolution, business fraud, commercial leasing issues and related matters, the representation of crime victims and injured parties, including victims of civil rights violations. He is a lecturer on various topics in the legal field and has been featured in both local and national print and television news stories regarding various cases in which he has represented victims.

Mr. Bullman worked in Washington, D.C. for United States Senator Sam Nunn where he worked on legislative and funding bills, as well as assisted with the investigation of nominees for the United States Supreme Court. He is a former Athens Police Department Officer and Clarke County Deputy Sheriff. As an officer, he served as a patrol and traffic officer, as well as the crime prevention supervisor. While crime prevention supervisor, he directed various school and court-ordered drug awareness and prevention programs for children, teens, and parents and taught self-defense courses.

Mr. Bullman has been a member and officer of the Crime Victims Advocacy Council (CVAC), responsible for lobbying for passage of crime victims’ compensation program and established a scholarship program for victims and/or surviving family members. He is a former officer of various charitable organizations for the underprivileged. He has been honored with a resolution by the Georgia State Senate, in recognition of his work with crime victims.

He also taught as an adjunct professor for Kennesaw State University, where he taught classes in civil procedure.

Mark is active in his community and church and enjoys fly fishing, sky diving, competition shooting, hiking, scuba diving and other outdoor activities.
