George M. Eck III splits time between the firm’s Steamboat Springs
office, where he is managing attorney, and the firm’s Denver office.
George represents clients in a wide variety of areas, including real estate
transactions; construction issues and development; land use matters; corporate
formation, governance, purchases, sales, and disputes; governance of homeowner’s
associations and related disputes; and estate planning and probate.
He obtained his juris doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law
and graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.A. in Urban &
Regional Planning. Prior to his legal career, George worked in the real
estate development industry. After completing law school, he practiced
law in Chicago before joining Feldmann Nagel, LLC in 2014.
George prides himself of obtaining favorable results for his clients in
a cost-effective manner. He is a member of the Steamboat Springs Planning
Commission, and in his free time he enjoys skiing, playing hockey, and hunting.
